Nollywood and Hollywood actor Bolanle Ninalowo has issued an apology to his fans and Nigerians as a whole in light of the controversy surrounding his involvement in the renowned Hollywood movie, Extraction 2.
Bolanle Ninalowo inadvertently left Nigerians with the impression that he would be featured in the sequel of Extraction, leading to disappointment when it became apparent that he did not appear in the actual film.
Nigerians took to social media to express their displeasure, criticizing the movie makers for misleading them about Ninalowo’s role in the movie.
In response to the online drama, Bolanle Ninalowo took to his verified Instagram page to address the misconception and apologize to his fans.
He clarified that he was actually featured in a mockumentary titled ‘Distraction; The Extraction of Don,’ which was inspired by Extraction 2.
In his Instagram post, he wrote, “I AM SORRY YOU GUYS WERE DISTRACTED. You know I love you!!! Now let’s see The Extraction of Don!!! A Netflix mockumentary inspired by Extraction 2.”
