Nigeria’s Super Eagle defender Kevin Akpoguma has signed a contract extension with the German Bundesliga side TSG Hoffenheim.
Akpoguma joined Hoffenheim from Karlsruhe in 2013 and took in loan spells at Fortuna Düsseldorf and Hannover before joining the first team in the 2017/2018 season.
The club confirmed his 2-year extension through its official website on Wednesday.
The Nigerian expressed his excitement with the new deal and hopes to continue doing his best for the club.

“This is my club, TSG is extremely close to my heart. Even in times that were difficult for me, those responsible always believed in me”, he said.
Akpoguma has made 118 appearances for Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga.
