Barely 33 days to the start of the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast, the host Elephants have released programs for Nigeria and other group opponent.
Elephants of Cote D’Ivoire are housed in Group A alongside the Super Eagles of Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea and Guinea Bissau.
The team under coach Luis Gasset will resume closed camping for the competition on the 2nd of January, 2024 in San Pedro.
The Elephants will also play a friendly against Mozambique on January 6. Gasset’s players will then return to their base on Sunday, January 7, 2024, at the Hôtel Maison Palmiers in Abidjan and continue training for the tournament.
They face Guinea Bissau in the opening game slated for the 13th of January.
