Super Falcons and Paris FC shot-stoppper, Chiamaka Nnadozie has expressed excitement over the best goalkeeper award bestowed upon her in France.
Nnadozie won the UNFP Trophy for the Best Goalkeeper in France to cap off a remarkable achievement in an extraordinary season.
The Flying Kite also had an impressive game against PSG in the Women’s League playoffs semi-finals and despite her team’s loss, she was rewarded with the player of the match award.
She said: “l’I’mncredibly grateful and humbled by this award. Thank you for recognizing my efforts. The president, the entire team staff, the fans and my wonderful teammates. Your belief in me and my work is a tremendous source of motivation.”
Aside that, Nnadozie also made the best XI at the 32nd edition of the Trophées UNFP ceremony held on Monday.
