Nigeria’s Women’s U20 team, the Falconets, will know their group opponents for the 2025 FIFA Women’s World Cup next Wednesday.
Falconets are one of the teams that participated in every edition of the competition since its inception.
The draw for the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup will be held in Bogota, Colombia on Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
The 24 qualified teams will be divided into six groups of four teams each for the final competition.
At the end of the African qualifiers, Falconets secured a place in the tournament alongside Ghana, Cameroon, and Morocco.
The FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup will kick off in Colombia from Saturday, August 31 to Sunday, September 22, 2024.
