A yet to be identified soldier has been killed in a sudden shooting on a military patrol stationed in Remada buffer area, in Tunisia.
According to the defence Ministry in a press release made available on Wednesday, the patrol was carrying out its usual duties.
An investigation into the incident has been initiated as instructed by the Public Prosecutor at the Military Court of First Instance in Sfax.
