Former African champions Enyimba International started their campaign in the CAF Confederation Cup on Wednesday evening with a defeat to Al Masry in Egypt.
Despite entering the game at the Suez Stadium with full confidence, they played second fiddle throughout the game.
The Egyptians dominated the game from the blast of the whistle and scored the first goal in the 5th minute through Mahmoud Hamada.
They continued their dominance in the second half and Hamada completed his brace just before the end of the game and ensured a comfortable 2-0 win for Al Masry.
