West Africa Football Union B has announced the host for the 2024 U17 Women’s championship.
The WAFU B, on Wednesday morning announced Accra, Ghana as the venue for the competition.
Seven countries including Nigeria, Niger, Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo, Ivory Coast and the host Ghana are listed as the participants.
The tournament is slated to be held from the 12th to the 26th of December, 2024. Flamingos, under coach Bankole Olowookere, reached the quarter-final of the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup in the Dominican Republic.
