Cheetahs of Benin coach Gernot Rohr has described Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman as a complete player.
Lookman has become the cynosure of all eyes since the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Ivory Coast and he has been consistent for his Italian side this season also.
While speaking to Foot Africa, Rohr admitted that Lookman has made a lot of progress.
“He has made a lot of progress, his difficult first season in England and Germany are now a thing of the past”.
“He has managed to get back up and shine”.
“I followed him a few years ago with the Super Eagles, he went from the shadow to the light, today he is a complete player as effective as an assister as he is as a scorer”, he said.
Lookman has scored 11 goals and 5 assists for Atalanta this season.
