General Manager of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) of Ibadan, Rasheed Balogun, was on the ground Friday evening as the Oluyole Warriors had their training on the pitch of the Rojenny Stadium, Oba, ahead of the matchday nine tie against Nnewi United.
The 3SC boss boosted the morale of the players with his presence even as the Team Manager of the club, Dimeji Lawal (MON), addressed the players before training commenced.
In his words to the players, Kabongo, as the ex-international is popularly called, commended the players for their good performance so far but warned that the journey was still far.
He urged the players to continue with the good run by beating Nnewi United on Saturday.
Chief coach, Edith Olumide Agoye and the duo of assistant coaches, Kabiru Alausa and Yinka Popoola engaged the outfield players while coach Lateef Yusuf drilled the duo of goalkeeper Charles Tambe and Laide Okanlawon, ahead of the encounter.
