In our last article we said God has recreated a new creature in Christ, with all things about him new and of God, and with a new type of life, an excellent and eternal life. (References: 2Corinthians 5:17KJV; 1John 5:11-12KJV)
*As a new creation you have become the temple of God and the Spirit of God lives in you*. You have been created holy and made righteous.
1Corinthians 3:16KJV ‘Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you’
2Corinthians 5:21KJV ‘For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.’
John14:16-17KJV ‘And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, *and shall be in you*.’
Jesus prayed the Father would send another comforter to not only abide with us, but to be in us forever. Now the Father lives in you by His Spirit. This has always been the desire of God, to be with man. He was with Adam at the beginning. Then He came through Jesus. But with the new creation, he is not only with us, He is in us, because the new creation now has the capacity to house God.
*So God is in us by His Spirit. Halleluyah!!. We are His temple and He is at work in us mightily now both to will and to do His good pleasure.*
Phil 2:12 ‘For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.’
The Spirit of God lives in you and you are now the temple of God. And the ability by which you live is of God. Your desires are of God. This is why when you become a new creature, the things you were comfortable doing when you were a sinner, you are no longer comfortable doing them. If you were someone who used to do a lot of wrong things, now that you are born again, because your nature has changed and you now have the nature of God, the nature of righteousness, with a new life, the life of God, and God lives in you and is at work in you, you will no longer be comfortable doing those wrong things anymore.
So the new creature is born again, He is born of God and is a new person with a different nature and with interests and desires that are of God. This is what causes the changes people see. Some people think to be born again means, the things i used to do, i do them no more. No. Absolutely no. Thats not what it means to be born again.

I am a new creature. Halleluyah!!!. I am the temple of God and greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. And the one in me, is God almighty, the Spirit of God, the Father in me, and He is working in me mightily, both to will and to do His good pleasure. Now my interests are different, my desires are different and they are all of God. Halleluyah!!!. I live for Jesus. My life is for the glory of God now. And i manifest the glory of God everywhere. Praise God. And i am built by God as a new creature, to last forever. Glory!!!

“O Lord God, i believe with all my heart in Jesus Christ, son of the living God. I believe He died and You raised Him from the dead for me to be made a new creature. I believe He’s alive today as Lord and so i confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord of my life from this day. Through Him and in His name, I have eternal life; I am born again as Gods child. Thank you Lord, for saving my soul. Halleluyah!!!”
