Deputy President William Ruto has gone back to the Jubilee Party Headquarters in Pangani amid simmering tensions within the political outfit.
DP Ruto was accompanied by a smattering of Tanga Tanga legislators among them MPs and Senators according to a report by NTV.
Meru Senator Mithika Linturi told the TV station that they were called for a meeting at the headquarters on Thursday.
Although the agenda of the meeting remains unknown, reports say Ruto arrived at the offices on Thursday morning.
Several of the politicians who later trooped to the offices told the media they were at the premises for “housekeeping”.
