American actor and comedian, Jamie Foxx was rushed to a hospital in Atlanta after suffering an undisclosed medical complication.
The daughter of the actor, Corinne Foxx released a statement that his father had suffered a ‘medical complication’ that required him to be taken to the hospital.
The 55-year-old actor had been filming ‘Back In Action’ in Atlanta with actress, Cameron Diaz, as recently as Monday.
However, in new development, Corinne Foxx wrote on Instagram that the family is grateful for the support of fans and asked for privacy.
“We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday,” she wrote.
“Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery.
“We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time. Much love, The Foxx Family.” She added
