Following fans criticism her for not attending the 2022 Grammys, Cardi B has deleted her Twitter account.

Cardi B, who was selected for ‘Best Rap Performance’, was not present at the award ceremony on Sunday night.

She went to her Twitter page to react to the criticism she got from her fans who felt dejected of her absence at the award ceremony.

While some fans contended Cardi B had earlier assured them of her probable appearance at the ceremony, others blasted her and her kids, flinging insults at her for not releasing new songs.

While reacting, the US rapper tweeted: “I’m deleting my Twitter. On God, I hate this f**kin dumb**s fan base.

“You got slow dumba**es dragging my kids all cause y’all thought I was going to the Grammys and I didn’t?

“When the f**k I hinted I was going? Just [f**kin’] stupid I can’t I need to protect myself.”

Earlier, the rapper was in the media over a court case after a YouTube channel had spread prostitution allegations about her.
