Superstar singer, David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has expressed his gratitude to the Federal Government for conferring upon him a National Honor.
Davido took to his Instagram page to show appreciation to the government for the recognition and honor bestowed upon him.
In his post, he expressed his delight in receiving the news of being conferred with the Officer of the Order of The Niger (OON) by the Federal Government of Nigeria.
“I am honored to hear the news that I have been conferred with an OON (Officer of the Order of The Niger) by the Federal Government of Nigeria. I am grateful for this recognition and honor,” Davido stated.
He further emphasized his mission to utilize his platform to showcase the beauty of his country, including its passion, resilience, joy, culture, and the struggles faced by its people. He acknowledged that he does not take any of these opportunities for granted.
“We have one Nigeria, and we will continue to do whatever we must to make it better!” Davido declared.
Concluding his post, he extended his gratitude to his followers for being a part of his journey and expressed his faith in God’s help and guidance.
