On air personality, Daddy Freeze has hit gospel singer Yinka Alaseyori for keeping up a prayer session at the collapsed Ikoyi building.

Recently, a video of the singer with her crew and some other people having a praise and prayer session at the collapsed Ikoyi building surfaced on the internet.

Reacting, Alaseyori, in an Instagram post appreciated the concern of everyone.

She said she had received several tags on the video and people inquiring about her safety.

The “Oni Duro Mi” singer however said the video wasn’t a recent one as was she at the place when the unfortunate incident happened.

She wrote: I have seen a few tags on the video of my last visit to the collapsed Ikoyi building and some DM’s inquiring about my safety.

“Please note that the video is not recent and i wasn’t there at the time of the unfortunate incident.

“I can’t reply all the messages hence the need to make this post but I very well do appreciate your concerns.

“My heart is with everyone right now even if you don’t know anyone there every life is important. As the rescue team continues to make effort to save more lives, let’s pray along.”

Reacting, Daddy Freeze slammed her for actions.

The popular OAP queried the rationale behind praying, singing and dancing on the site of an uncompleted building without taking precautionary measures.

According to him, construction sites aren’t venues for prayers.

Quite mockingly, the “scripture teacher” querying the gospel minister asked if the building still didn’t fall after all the prayers.

Daddy Freeze wrote: “Should you be on the site of an uncompleted building praying, singing and dancing with no safety hat, googles or shoes? Stop endangering your lives! Construction sites are not venues for prayers. With all the prayers did the building still not collapse?? God cannot be mocked.”
