Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu known Cubana Chief Priest, has claimed responsibility for the heavy downpour on Saturday, January 8, 2022, in Owerri, Imo State.
The businessman contended he leased the services of seven rainmakers to send down heavy rain because of the excessive dust in the town.
Obi Cubana showed off why he is referred to as called ‘chief priest’ is “because whatever he desires, he gets.”
He disseminated a video where he stood outside with the staff cleaning the premises of his wife’s restaurant when the rain started.
