In a video shared on her official Instagram page, Queen Tobi Philips expressed her gratitude to her fans for their concern during her absence from the photo-sharing app. She acknowledged that the pressure surrounding her life is high and teased her followers about upcoming entertainment.
In her own words, she wrote, “Pressure Ti Wa Y’all better fasten your seat belt cos back to back lewwksss.”
Queen Tobi Philips’ post comes in the wake of reports that the Ooni of Ife has recently taken a new wife, shortly after his existing wives caused a stir online. The new addition to the royal family is Queen Opeoluwa Elizabeth Akinmuda, identified as the sixth wife of the Ife monarch.
According to City People, an invitation has been issued to the family and friends of the Ooni royals for a Thanksgiving service scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 20, 2023. The event will be preceded by the traditional entry of the new Queen into the historic Ife Oodua Palace in Ile-Ife on Thursday.
