In a startling revelation, Tony Mwaba Kazadi, the Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education (EPST) in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), has confessed to impregnating his Deputy Minister, Aminata Namasia, leading to a wave of controversy.
Kazadi candidly described the situation as a “workplace accident,” acknowledging his involvement with Namasia, despite both of them being married.
Namasia was appointed as the National Deputy Minister of Primary, Secondary, and Technical Education in the cabinet of Jean-michel Sama Lukonde on April 12, 2021.
While a local newspaper, The Street Journal, reported Namasia’s denial of the story on her Twitter page, stating that her private life deserves respect as guaranteed by the Congolese constitution, she cautioned against tarnishing her image.
