ECOWAS Youth Council Appoints Landbrick Properties CEO, Austine As Ambassador

The West African Youth Council (WAYC) an arm of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Landbrick Properties and Investment Limited, Mr Femi Austine as its African Youth Ambassador.

The Council in a letter dated 9th, August 2022, signed by the President/Chairperson, WAYC, Amb. Emmanuel William noted that Austine has distinguished himself in promoting entrepreneurship for African youths.

The letter reads: “I am pleased to confirm that the board of the West African (ECOWAS) Youth Council on the recommendation of her young people has appointed you as a West Africa Youth Ambassador.

“This appointment is not unconnected with your laudable antecedents of dedication, hard work and diligence in the area of service to humanity and your commendable works as an advocate and relentless crusader of promoting entrepreneurship for African youths.

“All necessary documents for this diplomatic mission are attached to this appointment.”

In his remarks, Femi Austine expressed joy that he was not expecting this appointment from the organization.

“I did not see this one coming, not even a glimpse of it. Thank you, God, for this relevance. This among others validates my African vision,” he said.
