Hot weather expected across Egypt on Saturday and Sunday

Meteorologists predict hot daytime weather on Saturday in Cairo, Upper Egypt, and the Delta Governorates, with moderate temperatures on the northern coast, moderately hot temperatures in South Sinai, and very hot weather in southern Upper Egypt.

Light rains are expected in a few areas on the north coast.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 35C in the Delta Governorates, 35C in Greater Cairo, 30C in the northwest coast, the northeast coast, and the center of Sinai, 35C in South Sinai and the Red Sea mountains, 37C in the northern half of Upper Egypt, and 39C in Southern Upper Egypt.

Minimum and maximum humidity levels expected are 25-70 percent in Cairo, 28-75 percent in the Delta Governorates, 45-80 percent on the northwest coast, 54-85 percent on the northeast coast and in the center of Sinai, 30-70 percent in South Sinai and the Red Sea mountains, 22-60 percent in Northern Upper Egypt, and 14-30 percent in the southern half of Upper Egypt.

Hot weather is predicted during the day on Sunday in Cairo, the Delta Governorates, and northern Upper Egypt, with moderate temperatures on the north coast, moderately hot temperatures in South Sinai, and very hot weather on southern Upper Egypt.
