Just 254 days old in the real estate industry, a fast-rising property organisation, Landbrick Properties and Investment Limited has bagged the 2022 City People Magazine award as the “Most Promising Real Estate Company of the Year.”
The event is the 7th Real Estate Awards organised by City People Magazine on the 27th of November, 2022 in Lagos to honour top CEOs who have shaped the real estate sector to become what it is today.
Presenting the award to Landbrick Properties and Investment Limited, Chairman Real Estate Development Association of Nigeria (REDAN) Dr Bamidele Onalaja said he is so proud of the CEO and what he has accomplished within a short period of time.
In his remarks, Chief Executive Officer, Landbrick Properties and Investment Limited, Mr Femi Austine said the award truly means a lot to the organisation, adding that this will spur the organisation to do more.
Austine said: “ It’s a privilege for us to receive this award and this means so much to us because we understand the meaning of this award ‘the most promising company of the year.
“You will be surprised that LANDBRICK Properties and Investment Limited is just 254 days old. Just like he said to me before this award was given, he said you have paid your dues because he knows the people I have worked for and what we have achieved over the years.
“We want to dedicate this award to the Real Estate Development Association of Nigeria (REDAN). The company of the year, we know it is a call to work more and we are promising you, we will work more.”
Landbrick Properties and Investment Limited is a company that deals in Real Estate, enabling people to acquire their own dream home and acquire land for various reasons, including estate development, agricultural purposes, and other investment needs in a property.
