Super Eagles Captain, Ahmed Musa has expressed gratitude to all Nigerians for their supports and assuring them that the team will continue to do the talking on the pitch.
Recall that Nigeria defeated hosts, Ivory Coast 1-0 on Thursday, thanks to William Troost-Ekong’s penalty, to brighten the team’s qualification quest to the knockout stages.
In a chat with NFF TV, the former Leicester City star, stated that the players will do everything they can to get to the final on February 11.
“We are going to the talking on the pitch as you can see against Ivory Coast where we did one of the talkings on the pitch.We will continue to do that till the final on February 11 so that we go back to Nigeria very happy.
“We will keep on doing our best to make Nigeria proud. Once again, we are sending our support to Nigerians the way they supported us with their prayers So we say, thank you very much.”
