Moses Simon has arrived in Nigeria ahead of next Friday’s Nigeria versus Guinea Bissau African Nations Cup qualifier tie in Abuja.
Simon an early bird to the camp arrived on Saturday to set for the training session as rest of the team are expected to hit the camp between today Sunday and Monday.
Moses Simon flew into Nigeria from Instanbul, Turkey and arrived at 7:30pm Saturday with Nigeria U23 Eagles player, Maxmillian Ihekuna.
Super Eagles head coach, Jose Peseiro invited 23 players to prosecute the double headers between the three times African champions and Guinea Bissau slated to hold next Friday at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja at 5:00pm.
Nigeria in group A are topping the table with 6 points from two matches and closely followed by Guinea Bissau who have garnered 4 points from two games. Super Eagles will have the AFCON ticket sealed if they beat Guinea Bissau home and away.
Sierra Leone and Sao Tome and Principe have 1 and 0 point to be placed 3rd and 4th on the log respectively.
Moses Simon has scored 17 goals for Nantes in 83 appearances.
