2023 Women’s World Cup: Ordega, Ayinde Yet To Arrive Super Falcons Camp

With 2 weeks to the start of the 2023 Women’s World Cup, the camp of Nigeria’s Super Falcons is yet to compete with the invited players.

The head coach of the team Randy Waldrum a few weeks ago announced the 23 players that will represent the country in the competition.

The team arrived in Australia to begin preparations for the competition with 21 players, the duo of Francisca Ordega and Halimatu Ayinde are the players yet to arrive.

The official social media handle of the team on Wednesday confirmed their absence.

” 21 players are currently in Gold Coast, Australia 🇳🇿, for our training preparations for the @FIFAWWC.

“Still expected are Halimatu Ayinde and Francisca Ordega”, it stated.
