Barely 24 hours to start of the 2024 CAF Women’s Champions League, defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies have landed in Casablanca, Morocco.
The South African side landed in Casablanca, the venue of the competition, with the mindset of defending the trophy they won last year successfully.
Sundowns are housed in the same group as the Nigerian and WAFU B champions Edo Queens, Masar FC of Egypt and CBE FC of Ethiopia.
The competition is scheduled to start on Saturday with 8 clubs across the continent.
Sundowns remained the most successful club in the competition history with 2 titles.
