The hammer of the Confederation of African Football has fell on the Mediterranean Knights of Libya once more on Sunday.

The Libyans lost 3 points and 3 goals following their unruly behaviors to the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the day of the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier.
They hosted the Cheetah of Benin in the final match day of the qualifier and their fans put up a hostile reception to the Beninoise.

CAF confirmed that the North African will play their next two home games behind closed door.

Also fined USD $50,000 for the behavior of its supporters and officials during and after the match against Benin in the AFCON qualifiers
