Ahead of the Match Day 2 of the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier, the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Sunday departed Uyo for Rwanda.
The 3-time African champions made a serious statement in the qualifier on Saturday with an emphatic 3-0 win over the Cheetahs of Benin.
The team departed their hotel on Sunday afternoon en route to Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.
The game fixed for Tuesday will take place at Amahoro Stadium in Kigali. Super Eagles currently stay top of the group with 3 points while Rwanda is placed second with a point
