The host of the 2023 African Cup of Nations Ivory Coast has offered assistance to one of the host countries of the 2027 AFCON.

African soccer governing body awarded Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda the hosting rights of the 2027 edition.
The Tanzanian Sports Ministry last weekend approached the Ivorian Sports Ministry for assistance and a memorandum of understanding was signed.
” It is essential to collaborate with nations that share similar challenges and aspirations.
Learning from our peers allows us to adapt best practices in a more effective and relevant way”, Tanzania Deputy Minister of Sports Hamis Mwinjuma said.
