Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has heaped praises on his Bayer Leverkusen teammate Flo Wirtz.
Since the start of the 2023/2024 German Bundesliga season, the Nigerian forward has made headlines with his distinctive performance for Leverkusen.
Boniface has refused to take the accolades alone and also applauds his mate Wirtz for the way he has supported him.
“Flo Wirtz is magic. To have a player like this behind the striker, it’s really important. I’m really happy a player like this is behind me”, he stated.
Boniface and Wirtz have contributed to 9 goals in 3 Bundesliga games for Leverkusen who sit on top of the Bundesliga table.
