African soccer ruling body has announced the date for the U23 African Cup of Nations which will be hosted by Morocco.
Nigeria’s Olympic Eagles were knocked out of the tournament by the Junior Syli National of Guinea 2-0 on aggregate in the final qualifying rounds.
Qualified teams including host Morocco have commenced preparation for the competition which will hold from June 24 to July 8th, 2023.
The competition will also serve as the qualifier for the men’s football event at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
