Ahead of the second group game of the CAF Confederation Cup against ASEC Mimosa of Coted’Ivoire, the technical adviser of Rivers United, Stanley Eguma, has confirmed that they are hundred percent ready for the game.
The Nigeria representative lost the first match against Diable Noirs of Congo which make the second game a must-win for them to retain the hope qualifying from the group.
During a press conference on Saturday Eguma insisted that they’ve prepared at all fronts for the encounter.
“We are expecting a very tough game and as a matter of fact, we have to be ready and we are perfecting our strategy.
“We lost the last game because there are some mistakes and lapses in the defence and we failed to convert our chances.
“We have also worked on the player’s mentality and psychology to be sure they are ready for the game and I believe the management has done well to make sure we are ready. I can say we are 100 per cent ready”, he said.
