The Sporting Director of the Italian Serie A side Cremonese Simone Jacket has given an update on the impending move of Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward Cyril Dessers to the Scottish giant Glasgow Rangers.
With the departure of some key players, the Gers have continued to strengthen the team ahead of the new season.
With a bid already submitted for the 28-year-old, the club chief has revealed that they’re waiting for a new proposal from the Light Blues.
“There is a negotiation with the Rangers underway but at the moment everything is still because we are waiting for them to formulate the new proposal”, Simone said
The Italian club wants £6.5million for the African striker and it’s evident that Rangers manager Michael Beale wants a new forward as soon as possible.
