Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis concedes they could sell their Super Eagles Victor Osimhen and his strike partner Khvicha Kvaratskhelia this summer.

Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia are both being linked with big money sales.

On Thursday, Corriere dello Sport claimed Napoli rejected a €100m bid from Newcastle United for Osimhen and explained the club’s plan to keep the Nigeria international and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia at the Stadio Maradona.

The Partenopei stars are leading the team to their third Serie A title in history. Osi and Kvara have scored 39 goals combined this season and Napoli are unwilling to sell them in the summer.

Twenty-four hours later, a new twist to the report has emerged as De Laurentiis said, “There’s always the indecent proposal… the numbers are made by the others.

“We’re waiting. They are extraordinary boys. My contracts are unique, they come from the cinema, so nobody moves if we say no. We will see.”

He also said: “If the rules of football were different, perhaps we would have brought the Scudetto to Naples other times already. At the end of the season it will be a super party.

“(Luciano )Spalletti will stay in Naples.”
