After having a difficult outing in the last event, Nigeria track star Tobiloba Amusan bounced back strongly to clinch the gold medal in the Diamond League.
Despite reaching the final of the World Athletics Championship in styles in Budapest, Hungary Amusan finished the final of the Women’s 100-meter Hurdle in 8th place.
The US-based athlete returned to Eugene, Oregon on Sunday for the final Diamond League of the season and finished as best runner
Amusan came first in Oregon with a time and season best of 12.33sec to clinch the gold medal.
Victory in Oregon made it three consecutive times that Amusan won gold in the Diamond League.
