Former Nigeria’s Flying Eagles star Alhassan Yusuf has confirmed that he has no intention of leaving the Belgian club Royal Antwerp.
Yusuf arrived at Royal Antwerp FC in July 2021 from Gothenburg and he has played over 70 games with the club including 24 games this season.
For a while now there have been rumours that the 22-year-old midfielder is on his way to a new destination due to his amazing performance.
But he has insisted that is not leaving the club for now.
” That’s what I thought too. When you reach this level, it makes sense that you want to take on the next challenge.
Today, I think a little differently and having is not my priority.
“I am still under contract until 2025 and I feel at home here. I would love to play in Antwerp after the summer, with or without participation in the Champions League,” says Alhassan Yusuf.
