Super Eagles striker Odion Jude Ighalo was the star of the night as he scored a double brace for Al-Hilal Saudi to send them into the finals of the Asian Champions League following a one-sided 7-0 humiliation of Qatari side Al Duhail.
The 33-year-old returned to the starting XI after sitting out the quarterfinal win over Foolad Khuzestan and needed just two minutes to put his side ahead as he headed home to make it 1-0.
The former Manchester United forward then grabbed his brace eight minutes later when he rounded off the goalkeeper for 2-0 before Moussa Marega put the game to bed four minutes later.
Moussa Marega then grabbed his brace on 27 minutes to make it 4-0 before Salem Al-Dawsari added a fifth just before the break to add more misery to the Qatari side.
Just like he did in the first period, Ighalo grabbed his hat-trick three minutes after the restart as he dinked the ball past the goalkeeper for 6-0.
The Nigerian was not satisfied as he added a fourth just after the hour mark as he exchanged passes with the impressive Abdullah Al-Hamddan before firing past the helpless goalkeeper for 7-0 and send the defending champions to yet another final.
Despite his withdrawal on 70 minute, the 33-year-old had a perfect 10 rating with Al-Hilal now setting up a final in April against Japanese side Urawa Red Diamonds.
