It was a mixed feeling for Super Eagles and Watford FC winger, Samuel Kalu, over the weekend as he suffered another injury in Watford FC’s victory.
Since he arrived at the Vicarage Road in the year 2021 from French Ligue one club Girondin Bordeaux, Kalu is yet to command the starting line up due to consistent injury.
He started the game against Norwich City at Carew Road on Monday but was forced off in the 20th minute due to injury.
His replacement Bayo netted the only goal of the match as the Hornets secured a narrow 1-0 win.
The duration of Kalu’s injury is yet to be determined at present.
