The Naples-based club took the lead in the 17th minute when Empoli defender Ismajli scored an own goal.
Nigeria International scored the second goal in the 29th minute as Napoli secured a 2-0 win to move closer to the title.
Osimhen has now scored in 8 consecutive league games and 19 league goals for Napoli.
