Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Fulham FC midfielder Alex Iwobi is nursing the ambition of breaking his record on the final day of the 2023/2024 English Premier League season.
Iwobi has scored 6 goals this season, the same number of goals he scored for Arsenal in the 2018/2019 season.
Fulham will be playing against the relegation-threatened Luton Town on Sunday and Iwobi is hoping to better the record.
” A bit of a roller coaster, but it’s been a good season, we’ve had some memorable moments which we can cherish this season.
” I’ve had my best goal-scoring record again, hopefully, I can break it against Luton but it’s been a good season.
” I’ve enjoyed working with Marcos Silva and the team, they’ve welcomed me very well.
Being back in London as well, I’ve enjoyed it, and I just want to kick on from this season and keep improving”, he told the club media.
