Enzo Maresca will be banking on Super Eagles ace Kelechi Iheanacho as he has all but one Leicester City player to choose from when he picks his team to face West Brom.
Provided no fresh injuries have been picked up, only Harry Souttar will be absent against the Baggies.
That means Maresca has 22 senior outfield players to choose from, with four – Marc Albrighton, Kasey McAteer, Wanya Marcal, and Kelechi Iheanacho – missing out on the squad completely at Plymouth.
Defeats at Millwall and Plymouth mean City have now lost six of their last 10, putting them 19th in the form table. The results can be partly explained by the missed chances, with Patson Daka particularly guilty of poor finishing in front of goal, the Zambian badly miscuing twice in the second half at Home Park.
Daka has gone two months without a goal, and Maresca said last week that continuing to select him was the best way to help him regain his confidence and get him firing again.
Asked by BBC Radio Leicester if Tom Cannon or Iheanacho could be called upon next time out, Maresca replied: “We’ll see. For sure, we need to review and analyse the situation. We have a week to prepare before the next game
