Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen could ditch the Champions League by moving to his boyhood club Manchester United after Napoli asked the Red Devils to pay €140M for his services.
It’s a swap deal between the Italian Serie A side and Manchester United that requires a transfer fee while Cristiano Ronaldo will move to Naples.
According to three valid sources on Friday, Francesco Roma of Mediaset tuttosport and Sky Italia, informed that top agent Jorge Mendes and intermediary made a proposal to Napoli that would see Cristiano Ronaldo move there and Victor Osimhen move to Old Trafford.
The move will also see Ronaldo who is keen on playing in the Champions League, join Napoli on loan.
Meanwhile, Napoli have requested €140M for Osimhen and that United pay 70% of Ronaldo’s weekly wages (£336K).
Osimhen is expected to earn £10m a year at Old Trafford if the deal agreed on by all parties.
