Napoli legend Careca says red-hot Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen will eventually leave the club.
Careca admits he’s been impressed by Osimhen’s superb form.
He told Il Mattino: “Victor still needs to improve, but he has strength and quality. He’s a young and interesting player and I’m sure he’ll make Napoli a lot of money when they sell him.
“This team is on the right path to winning their third Scudetto. If they play like this well it’s thanks to (Luciano) Spalletti. He treats his boys like a father and he understood that to win in Naples you have to work hard. He reminds me of Ottavio Bianchi.
“When I was in Castel Volturno I had the opportunity to talk a little with Luciano. He told me it is a very united team that knows how to listen. I hope that after winning the scudetto in Naples they can also think about the national team: also because another World Cup without Italy would be too sad.”
