Fred’s new seat was in between Raphinha and Alex Telles, rather than next to captain Marquinhos like Neymar’s. Still not shabby company to keep.

Brazil are in Group G alongside Serbia, Switzerland and Cameroon. They start their campaign against Serbia on November 24 before facing Switzerland on November 28. They then take on Cameroon in their final group game on December 2.
