As the Nigeria football family countdown to the next Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) elections billed for the ancient city of Benin on September 30, three ex-Super Eagles legends are set to pick their forms today.
The trio of Peterside Idah, Benedict Akwuegbu and Karibe Ojigwe are among the internationals eyeing positions on the new NFF board.
Recall the Electoral Committee of the 2022 Nigeria Football Federation elections had last week fixed the prices of nomination forms for Expression of Interest at other different vacant positions at N500,000 for President and Vice President for N400,000.
Candidates vying for the position of Chairman of Chairmen will dole out N350,000 while that of the Executive Committee will pay N300,000.
The sale of forms which will commence on Monday, 29th August 2022, will see the duo of Idah and Akwuegbu who are vying for the position of the NFF Presidency pay Five Hundred Thousand Naira (500k) each for their forms.
Ojigwe, who’s vying to be a board member is set to pay Three Hundred Thousand Naira only. The endorsement and return of forms processes will last till Thursday, 8th September.
