• NFF Congress to ammend statute
Following the latest information, the 2022 Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Elective Congress may hold on Wednesday, 21st September, 2022.
The date according to Exclusive News source will be ratified at the Emergency General Assembly scheduled for August 16 in Yenogoa, Bayelsa State. “the statute will be ammended on that day and the Electoral Committee and Appeal Committee will be set up. They will call indication of interest and screening of candidates within two weeks and elections held on 21 September, 2022. The reliable source said.
Recall that the Federal Government in a letter to NFF President, Amaju Pinnick directed him to do everything possible in making sure that the NFF Elections is held at appropriate time and statute ammended to accomodate more football stakeholders in the Congress.
