Nottingham Forest is set to offer Super Eagles combative midfielder Wilfred Ndidi an escape route, watching him from the reach of Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and keep him in the Premier League before the close of the summer transfer window.
Ndidi was relegated with the Foxes from the Premier League last season and is believed to be eager to leave the King Power stadium for top-flight football.
According to Italian and top Transfer Football expert Fabrizio Romano on Sunday evening.
“Nottingham Forest set to bid for Wilfred Ndidi, proposal expected to be submitted soon for Nigerian Defensive Midfielder as he’s a top target.
“Understand personal terms have been agreed and negotiations will now start between clubs.
“Forest will push to make it happen,” his post read.
