The management of Katsina United has asked Head Coach of the team, Tony Bulus to step aside from his position.
This was contained in a letter dated 13th November, 2023 and signed by the Secretary, Aminu Alhassan with title ‘Notice of Stepping Down’.
The letter reads in part, “I am directed by the Katsina United Football Club to ask you to step aside from your position as Technical Adviser of the team. The management frowned at your Technical ineptitude since the beginning of the season which is seriously affecting the performance of our team. The management will set up a committee to look into all these acts with their findings and report submitted in no distance time.”
Tony Bulus, the former Yobe Stars head coach signed a two-year contract with Katsina United in August this year.
Placed 11th on the log with 11 points, Katsina United have won two, drew two and lost one in the last five matches in the 2023/24 Nigeria Premier Football League.
