After his illustrious career, former Nigeria’s Super Eagles midfielder Austin Jay Jay Okocha continues to get recognition and assignment within and outside the shores of the country.
The former Paris St German player was invited for a legendary game in France by Ronaldinho a few weeks ago and he was also in Abidjan last week for the draw of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
The football federation of Chad has handed an invitation to Okocha and former Senegalese midfielder Khalilou Fadiga as the legends that will grace the final league game of the season.
For the final game, Elec Sport will face AS PSI to decide who will be crowned the league champion.
The former Nigerian international is expected to hand the trophy to the eventual winner.
