The head coach of Lucy of Ethiopia, Firew Haile Gabriel, has said they must take their chances against Super Falcons if they must reach the next round of the Olympics qualifier.
Atletico Madrid Feminine forward, Rasheedat Ajibade, equalised for the Falcons in the second half after Birkie Amare gave Ethiopia an early lead in the first half.
The coach complained about his players failing to convert all the chances that came their way in the encounter and hope that would be corrected in the second leg in Nigeria.
He made it clear during the post-match conference that they must take their chances in the second leg next week.
” We need to learn to take our chances that we create in front of goal and also defend well”, he said.
The second leg is fixed for Tuesday, October 31st at the famous MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
